Exciting Software Transition: ICT Solutions Adopts NinjaOne and HaloPSA for Enhanced Operations

After months of careful consideration, trials, and demonstrations, we’re thrilled to announce that we’ve completed the rollout of NinjaOne as our new Remote Monitoring & Maintenance Software (RMM)! 

Changing from our previous software and making this decision wasn’t easy. We understand the importance of keeping our clients’ devices secure, which is why we conducted thorough evaluations of various options. Ultimately, NinjaOne stood out as the clear choice, offering the best value for money while ensuring top-notch security for our clients’ systems.

This rollout represents a significant investment for ICT Solutions Limited, but we’re confident it will pay dividends in terms of efficiency, reliability, and, most importantly, keeping our clients protected. 

We’re excited about the enhanced capabilities NinjaOne brings to our operations and look forward to delivering even better service to our clients! 

We’ve also been hard at work on another crucial project, we’re thrilled to announce our switch to HaloPSA for our Professional Services & Automation (PSA) software!

Selecting the right PSA software was paramount for us, and after months of meticulous observation, HaloPSA emerged as the clear choice. 

HaloPSA isn’t just a tool; it’s a game-changer. Its robust features and seamless integrations allow us to streamline our entire business operations within a single, cloud-based system. With HaloPSA, our team can effortlessly manage and track assets, projects, and tickets—all from one centralised platform. 

The journey with HaloPSA has been nothing short of transformative. We’re continuously fine-tuning and optimising its functionalities to suit our evolving needs. 

So far, we’ve successfully rolled out the service desk ticketing system and fully integrated with NinjaOne. But that’s just the beginning! We’re currently focusing on developing forms and workflows for new starter/leaver requests and new hardware requests, empowering our customers with self-service capabilities. 

And our roadmap doesn’t stop there! We’re gearing up to tackle Project Management and CRM functionalities next, followed by Time Recording and Billing.
