ABOUT THE CLIENT
Shrewsbury House Youth Club — known locally as The Shewsy — is a well-established Liverpool charity providing vital services to young people in the community. Operating across two separate digital identities (shrewsburyhouse on Microsoft 365 and theshewsy on Google Mail), they needed a trusted partner to unify their systems, sharpen their brand, and modernise their communications infrastructure.

- Two separate domains and email platforms creating data silos and brand confusion

What we delivered
Google Mail → Microsoft 365 Migration – Full mailbox migration from Google Workspace into Microsoft 365 for 30 users, consolidating the charity onto a single, secure platform with theshewsy as the primary identity.
Domain Merger & Brand Unification – Both domains brought together under the theshewsy brand, aligned with how the charity is known locally and creating a consistent identity for staff, stakeholders and the community.
Microsoft Entra ID & Security Groups – Rollout of Entra ID with structured security groups, enabling controlled access management, centralised identity, and a solid foundation for ongoing governance and compliance.
SharePoint & Data Classification – SharePoint deployment with document libraries, permission structures and data classification policies — giving the charity organised, secure, and audit-ready file storage.
PABX Removal & Webex Cloud Telephony – Existing PABX numbers converted to VoIP and transitioned to a fully cloud-based Webex phone system, improving communication flexibility and removing reliance on legacy hardware.
